What is a tuition fee receipt?
A tuition fee receipt is a document issued by a tuition center or coaching institute to a student or parent confirming payment of fees. It includes student details, subjects, fee components, amount paid, payment mode, and the period covered.
What should a fee receipt include?
Institute name and contact, receipt number, date, student name, class, roll number, academic year, subjects enrolled, itemized fee components, any discount or tax, total amount paid, payment method, and the authorized signature.
Can I issue receipts for installment payments?
Yes. Enter the installment details in the Installment Info field (e.g., "Installment 2 of 3") and use the Notes field to mention the next due date and remaining balance. Each receipt covers exactly what was paid in that transaction.
Can I add multiple subjects with different rates?
Yes. Add a separate fee item for each subject or course — for example, Mathematics $80, Physics $60, Chemistry $60. You can also add registration fees, exam fees, study material charges, or any other component as separate line items.
Can I add my institute logo?
Yes. Upload your logo using the Institute Logo section at the top. You can crop and adjust it before applying. The logo appears prominently in the receipt header alongside your institute name.
